We want to show you, our patients, how much we appreciate your loyalty to our office by taking you to a COLORADO ROCKIES GAME!
We have reserved a LIMITED number of tickets on FAITH DAY, SUNDAY, AUGUST 21, 2011 AT 1:10PM.
The post-game concert will feature the Grammy award winning band Casting Crowns. FREE Tickets are available to all current patients (adults and children) and their guests on a first - come - first - serve basis.
Each adult patient is welcome to bring one adult guest.
